Her work focuses on helping people communicate better, build confidence, strengthen professional presence and develop interpersonal skills required in the real world. Her experience with college students, young graduates and professionals gives Bodhara an important perspective: we can see the capabilities young people eventually need—and begin developing them much earlier.

The right pathway depends on the person. Not every journey includes every step, and no assessment is automatic.

    Deeper Counselling / Need Assessment

    A paid professional service when deeper understanding is useful.

  3. 3

    Assessment, when useful

    Psychometric assessment may be recommended; it is never compulsory.

    Guidance or Development

    Contextual career guidance or relevant capability-building, as required.

Any counselling, assessment, career-guidance or developmental programme recommended after the introductory meeting is a professional paid service. The appropriate next step and applicable fee will always be explained before you decide to proceed.
